Order Processing

Shipping times vary by product; please refer to the product description for specific details. Free shipping is available for all orders within the US. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@malicollection.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to re-submit your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship all orders with USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1 -3 business days to arrive. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays. 

International Shipping

We ship all orders with DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as well as estimated delivery time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@malicollection.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
